Exchange and Refund Policy

At usahelmetclub, our commitment is to provide our customers with high quality tactical helmets. However, we understand that in some cases you may need to cancel your order, request an exchange, return or refund. This Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy is designed to guide you through the entire process and ensure that your shopping experience goes smoothly. Please review the details of each situation below:

Canceling an Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team at support@usahelmetclub.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our return or exchange process listed below.

Exchange Process:

If you have received a defective or incorrect product and would like to exchange it, please notify us via email at support@usahelmetclub.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and supporting evidence such as photos or videos.

Once we have confirmed the accuracy of the problem with the product, we will provide you with a return address for you to ship the product back to us and we will also ship the replacement product to you.

Please note that the replacement product must be an original, unused product with all labels and packaging intact.

Return Process:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact our customer support team at support@usahelmetclub.com within 30 days of receipt.

Please clearly state your order number, the reason for the return and any supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).

After confirming that the product is undamaged and there are no other issues, we will provide you with a return address.

You will need to ship the item to the specified address. Upon receipt of the item, we will check the condition of the item and confirm that it is correct before processing the refund.

Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.

Unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g. product quality, damage during shipping or wrong model number sent), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of a return, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria.

Upon successful inspection, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be reflected in your account.
